Microsoft: MCA Update – Action Required! Microsoft is enforcing an updated Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) that must be accepted to continue purchasing cloud services. This applies to customers with CSP relationships started before 4/1/23. MCA acceptance is now required every few years to maintain compliance. Missing this step may block renewals and new orders. Deadline: January 5th, 2026.
