Industry Updates

    • Microsoft: Effective as of April 1st, 2026, a pricing increase has taken effect for Microsoft Surface devices. Differences in silicon and configuration cost structures have led to uneven increases in the cost of goods, which, in turn, have produced higher percentage increases for certain business units and configurations.

      New Surface devices have launched as of 5/19/26. They will be part of a strategic rollout throughout this summer to help combat the RAM shortage due to current market conditions.

      HPE: Hot off the presses! The HPE Alletra 5000 hybrid storage array has been officially announced as entering End of Life (EOL) as of May 1, 2026. Contact your Partner One IT Account Manager to discuss transition planning.
