Industry Updates
Microsoft: To standardize monthly billing plans, Microsoft has announced several commercial licensing and pricing updates. These updates include introducing a new monthly billing plan for Microsoft 365 Copilot annual term subscriptions, standardizing the billing structure for all monthly billed products on annual term subscriptions, and updating the pricing for Microsoft Teams Phone. The majority of these changes will commence on April 1st, 2025, and impact New client subscriptions and Existing client renewals as they come due. Examples of products include:
- Microsoft 365
- Office 365
- Enterprise Mobility + Security
- Windows 365
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Teams Phone
Please note that this list is not exhaustive, and not all annual term subscriptions in these categories offer a monthly billing option. Adobe: There has been a new policy change to Adobe licensing. If you need to change your quantities or products on anything you are renewing, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your expiration date. If you do not make the changes in that timeframe, you will be locked into your current count and products, Adobe cannot make any exceptions.
